Trial Class – An Introduction to Krav Maga with a British Krav Maga® certified Professional Instructor

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class so Artur Kieniksman can introduce himself and speak with you before training commences.

How to book a Trial Class

Trial classes cost £7 and are booked on the booking form below. Simply choose a convenient date and book below, you can also bring a friend. The booking system will contact your Instructor, and send you a map link via text 4hrs before the Trial Class.  Let the instructor know where you are at physically, if you have injuries, train regularly, don’t train and so on. Please include a mobile, the instructor may ring to offer you a choice of dates or discuss any injuries you may have.

Please bring the following to your first class:

Training kit – shorts/training bottoms and T shirt

Trainers

2 X 500 ml bottles of fluid

Protective equipment if owned
